Why I love naked meditation

Meditation is a not a skill, it is a powerful journey. I believe it is accessible to anybody. It is about self-control, self-care and self-love.

Meditation is a natural process. It can be learned through practice. My favorite meditation is by the ocean. I love listening to the sound of the ocean because it is powerful. It makes me not have any thoughts and it resets my mind faster.

Why naked?

What is the best type of meditation? Naked. To begin with, it is very enjoyable. It gives you more awareness and mindfulness. It is energizing. Also, it helps you to accept yourself and your physical body. If you have imperfections, you will learn how to deal with them.

Meditating naked is about how you treat yourself and how you feel about yourself. I believe it makes you think outside the box and makes you feel more confident. It shows you how to connect with yourself. Just like naked yoga it is a work within.

I wanted to try it after hearing stories how much it helped people. At the time I was struggling with my sleep due to stress and I felt lethargic. On top of it I had a cold.

The results were instantaneous. I felt so energized right after and the next day I was perfect. I combined naked meditation with slow deep breathing and my sleep was perfect.

After the first session I felt so energized, it was mind-blowing.

The first day of naked meditation I noticed great results. The following day as well. For the next month I was extremely calm and energized at the same time. I was in control of my thoughts and feelings. Stress did not bother me anymore.

How to start

Get rid of your clothes. Take a shower. Make yourself comfortable on the floor, blanket or a yoga mat. You can sit in a lotus or any other comfortable position. Close your eyes. Place your hands on your knees or on root chakra on your pelvic area.

Focus on your breath. Start breathing slower and deeper. Focus on your intention. Every thought you have…
